Seedlings and Clones (Early Growth): LED Grow Light should be positioned higher, typically around 24 to 36 inches (60 to 91 cm) above seedlings and clones. These young plants are more sensitive to intense light.

Vegetative Growth: During the vegetative stage, lights can be positioned closer. Aim for a distance of 18 to 24 inches (46 to 60 cm) above the canopy to provide sufficient light for growth.
